Toolbar (Report list)

The toolbar appears underneath the Public reports / My reports tabs. You can perform the following tasks on the toolbar:

• Expand all folders
• Collapse all folders
• Sort folders and reports (My reports only.)
• Move reports up or down (My reports only.)
• Move reports to a folder (My reports only.)
• Create a new report (My reports only.)
• Create a new folder (My reports only.)
• Create a local cube (Optional)
• Delete folders or reports (My reports only.)
• Change the title and notes (My reports only.)
• View a report definition
• Search for reports
