Calculate values

You can apply any of the following calculations to table or chart data:

• Totals
• Percentages
• Average
• Median
• Minimum
• Maximum
• Variance
• Standard deviation

To apply calculations, do one of the following:

• Click Table / chart options> Calculate values
• Select View menu> Table / chart options> Calculate values

The Calculate values dialog appears.
