Sort dialog

My reports only. To open the Sort dialog, do one of the following:

Click the "Sort" button.
Select Edit menu> Sort.

Sorting enables you to place folders and reports in ascending or descending order.

To sort the contents of all the folders at once, choose All folders. Then choose Ascending or Descending and click OK.
To sort the contents of just one folder, choose Sort Folder and select a folder. Then choose an Ascending or Descending sort order and click OK.

Note: The highest level of contents is sorted. That is, sorting the contents of a folder that contains subfolders will sort the subfolders. To sort the contents of the subfolders you must open them and sort them separately.
