Select labels dialog

To open the Select labels dialog, do one of the following:

Click Select labels.
Select Tools menu> Select labels.

Dimension members may have two or more sets of labels associated with them. For example, a member may have a key such as 07 and a common name such as Paris.

To select labels to display:

First select a level, and then choose the set of labels you want to display.

For single-level hierarchies, only one level appears.
The usual choices for labels are "Name" and "Key." "Name" is the default. In some cases other choices may appear as well.
"Name" is usually a user-friendly label, such as Agricultural products. "Key" may be a numeric code such as 011. Short forms like AG or Ag Prod may also be provided.

Note: Alternate labels are not used when searching.
