Print setup dialog

To open the Print setup dialog, do one of the following:

Click the "Print setup" button.
Select File menu> Print setup.

Note: Some of the choices here are the same as the printing options in your web browser. Before you start printing, you should make sure that the settings are the same in both places.

Select the paper orientation and size, and enter values for the desired margins. When you have finished setting print options, click OK to close this dialog.

To print, first do one of the following:

Click the "Printable version" button.
Select File menu> Printable version.

Then use your web browser's Print preview and Print commands to print.

Note: If you want to print reports in color, you must enable background color and image printing in your web browser, as follows:
Internet Explorer: Tools menu> Internet Options> Advanced> Printing> Print background colors and images.
Firefox: File menu> Page Setup> Format & Options> Print Background (colors & images).
