Expand or collapse groups of dimension members (Report contents)

Dimension members may be arranged in groups in the Members tab. Groups can be expanded (open) or collapsed (closed).

• To expand a single group, click the plus sign beside the group name.
• To collapse a single group, click the minus sign beside the group name.

To expand all the groups at once:

• Click Expand all.

  OR

• Select View menu> Expand> Expand all.

To collapse all the groups at once:

• Click Collapse all.

  OR

• Select View menu> Collapse all.

To expand to a certain level:

• Click the arrow for More expand options, point at Expand to, and select a level.

  OR

• Select View menu> Expand> Expand to, and select a level.

To expand only to the first selected item:

• Click the arrow for More expand options and select Expand to show first selected.

  OR

• Select View menu> Expand> Expand to show first selected.

To expand to show all the selected items:

• Click the arrow for More expand options and select Expand to show all selected.

  OR

• Select View menu> Expand> Expand to show all selected.
