Apply top/bottom reduction (Tables)

You can use top/bottom reduction to limit your data to selected values at the top or bottom of the data range.

• You can reduce to a count, a percentage, or a sum.
• Top/bottom reduction is an optional feature that may not be enabled for all Perspective sites.

To apply top/bottom reduction, click the "Top/bottom reduction" icon in the header of a column. The Top/bottom reduction dialog appears.
